Testing the Substrate

I got to play in the sand this weekend helping Dad mix a test batch of the substrate. We are mixing 70% sand and 30% coconut soil. Dad said we have to measure everything so that every habitat is the same for the project.

Now he just needs to hurry up and get the rack together and the camera up so we can start testing! He says he wants to film us building everything so we have it for the history of the project.
